Villa Confalonieri was built in 1913 by a young Milanese industrialist and since its construction it has always been a vacation destination and a place of tranquility. After exactly 100 years, it got back to its splendor and is enriched with a swimming pool; and now it is capable of hosting guests from all around the world in a very traditional way of Italian hospitality.
A unique characteristic of this villa is its splendid entrance hall. The wide light shaft guarantees an extraordinary connection between the different floors of the building in addition to providing daylight.
All the decorations of the house are original, dating back to 1913, the year of construction of this villa.
The floors are in decorated cement tiles, typical samples of the early 20th century.
The rooms on the ground floor are all in communication with the garden, and it becomes an integral part of the villa completed by a beautiful heated pool.
